More than 200 enterprises and firms from 14 countries participate in the conference-exhibition «Vegetables and Fruit of Ukraine-2009». This year on the international conference-exhibition important issues of state and trends of the fruit and vegetable market in Ukraine, Europe and the CIS in 2009-2010, development of the Ukrainian fruit and vegetable market during the global economic crisis and changes in the legislation of Ukraine for the fruit and vegetable market for the last year will be discussed; also latest technology for fruit and vegetable industry and the most attractive investment projects of fruit and vegetable business will be presented.
Among the exhibits of the exhibition - modern technologies and equipment for cultivation, care, harvesting, processing, storing, packaging and sale of vegetables, fruit and grapes, promising varieties and hybrids of vegetables, fruit and berries, packing materials, export and import, strategic perspectives of vegetable and fruit business development in Ukraine. Permanent exhibitors take part in the exhibition. They are more than 80%, among them - "Novitni Technologiy", "AGRIMATCO-Ukraina", "Teravet-Ukraina", "Storplast", "Rusbana", "Ukrainian Vegetable Company" and others. And the number increases annually.
Exhibitors were welcomed by Kozachenko L.P. - President of Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Zharun Y.L. - Deputy Director of crop markets of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Martseniuk O.O. - Director General of the National complex "Expocenter of Ukraine", Tetyana Getman - Editor of the “APK-Inform: Vegetables and Fruit” magazine.
