CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION in the International ForumEURO-2012 INFRASTRUCTURE. INVESTMENTS. INNOVATIONS May 15-18, 2008, National complex «Expocenter of Ukraine», Kyiv

Integral annex to the agreement-application

1.1 To participate in the international forum EURO-2012 INFRASTRUCTURE. INVESTMENTS. INNOVATIONS (hereinafter as  «Forum») it is necessary to fill out and send by e-mail or fax the Agreement-application аnd to pay invoices during 3 bank days onto the bank account of the Manager of the Forum - Ukrainian Centre of Exhibitions and Information. The term of application sending – May 1, 2008.

1.2 The exhibitor that will order the exhibition area of more than 100 sq.m can get a discount.

1.3 Price of participation includes the obligatory payment of: exposition area, building, additional services ordered by the Exhibitor and registration fee from every Exhibitor. If several companies subrent one exposition place each firm makes payment separately

1.4 In case of refusal to participate in the Forum in less than 12 days to its opening, the paid registration fee isn’t refunded. In case of refusal to participate in the Forum in less than 5 days, payment for participation in the Forum isn’t refunded.

1.5 The Exhibitor should give the Manager the copy of the payment order that confirms the payment while coming to its ordered exhibition area.

1.6 Publishing of the information of the Exhibitor(to 100 words) in the official catalogue of the Forum is obligatory. Information is sent by e-mail according to the forms № 2: euro 4@ expocenter.com.ua or by fax 38 044 5969109, (044) 5969153. In case of giving the information not by e-mail, or later than May 1, 2008, the Manager doesn’t guarantee the publishing of this information in the official catalogue. The Manager has the right to edit the given text information. Additional advertising services and advertising pages in the official catalogue are paid additionally.

1.7 Completed services (works) are accepted according to the certificate of acceptance- handing-over of rendered services/works.

2.1 Additional equipment and services are rendered to the Exhibitor (forms№ 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) according to approved tariffs under the condition their complete payment.

2.2 Schedule of work :

- Mounting of exhibition stands: May 10-12, arrival of exhibitors: May 13-14, at 8.00-19.00.

- Work of the Forum: May 15-18, at 9.00-18.00. Official opening of the Forum: 15.05.2008, at 12.00. May 18, at 9.00-15.00.

- Dismounting: May 18, at 15.30- 21.00, May 19, 20, at 9.00-18.00.

2.3 General builder of the exhibition area - DSE «ExpoDruk». Other companies-builders must be accredited in 10 days before mounting works beginning (Tel.: 38 044 596 92 56).

2.4 Ordered exhibition area that is not occupied by the Exhibitor of the Forum up to 8.00 on May 15, is regarded as free and the Manager has the right to give it to another Exhibitor. In this case the money paid for the exposition place won’t refunded and complaints won’t be regarded.

2.5 Arrival of the Exhibitor to Expocenter of Ukraine, (bringing of exhibits) during mounting and dismounting is carried out on the basis of the shown copy of the agreement-application and the copy of bank document of complete payment of areas and services. In case of incomplete payment of them the Exhibitor has to complete mutual payments up to May 18, 2008.

2.6 Location of vehicles that are not used in expositions on the territory of Expocenter of Ukraine during working hours of the Forum are allowed only on the special grounds for parking.

2.7 Departure of Exhibitors of the Forum is carried out only after a closing-down of the Forum on the basis of the permit given by the Manager.  

3.1The Manager provides the general security of the territory of the Forum’s conduction from 18.00 up to 9.00 of the next day, but in the period of mounting, dismounting and work of the Forum from 9.00 to 18.00 isn’t responsible for presence and condition of the exhibition property of the Exhibitor.

3.2 The Manager provides the cleaning of the general exhibition territory, exposition passageways, (cleaning of the exposition area is paid additionally), general illumination and general advertising of the exhibition.

3.3 The Manager assumes obligations to render to the Exhibitor ordered and paid by him services according to the conditions of this agreement-application.

3.4 Departure of the exhibitor with exhibits is carried out after the confirmation by the Manager about absence of debts.  

3.5 The Exhibitor bears financial responsibility for damage of the exhibition equipment and property at the rate of its double price to the day of their order; for observance of safety regulations, fire safety and industrial sanitary, that operates on the territory of Expocenter of Ukraine and in case of their violation he pays all penalties used by corresponding control bodies.

3.6 Insurance of exhibits, stuff, the Exhibitor and other risks are carried out by the Insurance company «ІnterТransPolis» (tel. 38 044 284 0000, 284 0010).

3.7 The Exhibitor doesn’t have the right to transfer his authorities and obligations to the third persons without written notice of the Manager.   

3.8 In case, when contradictory questions can’t be solved during negotiations, they are solved in the Economic court of Kyiv in according to the norms of the current Legislation of Ukraine.
