The nationwide exhibition action “Barvysta Ukraina” and the All-Ukrainian exhibition-competition “The Best Domestic Product of the year 2009” will be held to the 18th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine in Kiev on the territory of National complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” during August 18-21 2009. This state-exhibition will be held due to the Decree of the President of Ukraine №1337 from September 24 2005.
Ministries, departments of Ukraine, Council of Ministers of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional and local state administrations of Kyiv and Sevastopol will form their expositions in order to demonstrate their scientific potential, achievements in economy, social and cultural spheres. The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine will create the separate exposition, where 60 establishments of NAS presented more than 1000 scientific developments in the pavilion №23 (“Science”).
Also, one of the main parts of exhibition is the All-Ukrainian competition “The Best Domestic Product 2009”, where the high quality production, goods and services are nominated and proposed to the domestic and foreign markets.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 124 from February 14 2008 the Arts festival of Ukraine and presentation of expositions of art trade goods and useful arts of the regions of Ukraine will be held and best works of craftsmen will be presented. This festival is presenting for the academic development, traditional native and modern arts, professional and amateur creative work, popularization of ethnical and cultural traditions of the regions of Ukraine.
Within the frames of exposition “Craftsmen's village”, the exhibition “Barvysta Ukraine” will be attended by great complex of presentational, cultural and art events, in particular, by realization the Day of Regions, presentations of works of craftsmen, applied decorative and usage arts of Ukraine.
